The Monitoring and Tracing section in Lyzr Studio provides real-time insights into agent usage, performance, and credit consumption. It helps teams track execution metrics, analyze traces, and manage billing efficiently.

๐Ÿ”น Monitoring Overview

Monitoring offers a dashboard view of agent activity and credit usage.
It allows you to:
  • Track credits consumed, latency, sessions, and traces.
  • View most used agents during a given period.
  • Switch between Analytics and Traces tabs for deeper insights.
  • Manage credits and billing information in the Credit Report section.
\

๐Ÿ”น Analytics Dashboard

By default, the monitoring dashboard opens in Analytics view.
This section provides agent-wise usage metrics for a selected date range.
Metrics displayed include:
  1. Credits Consumed โ€“ The total credits spent by agents during the selected time period.
  2. Average Latency โ€“ Average response time of agents (in seconds).
  3. Total Sessions โ€“ Number of unique sessions created.
  4. Total Traces โ€“ Total traces recorded.
  5. Most Used Agents โ€“ Agents ranked by activity volume.
You can filter and select custom timelines (e.g., Sep 26, 2025 - Oct 03, 2025) to analyze performance.

๐Ÿ”น Tracing

Switch to the Traces tab from the top-left menu.
The Traces view allows you to see execution-level details of agents with fine-grained event logs.
A typical trace includes:
  • Trace ID โ€“ Unique identifier for the trace.
  • Agent Name โ€“ Name of the agent associated with the trace.
  • Latency (s) โ€“ Execution latency in seconds.
  • Credits Consumed โ€“ Credits spent for this specific trace.
  • Created At โ€“ Timestamp when the trace was generated.
You can also select date ranges for traces, similar to the Analytics view. \

โšก Debug & Optimize with Precision

From the Traces page in Lyzr Studio:
  • Switch to the Traces tab to view all recent runs.
  • Filter by agent or date to find specific sessions.
  • Click any trace to inspect its step-by-step execution, view logs, and debug issues easily.
Tracing helps you identify failures, monitor latency, and validate that tool calls and responses are working as expected.

๐Ÿ”น Credit Report

The Credit Report section helps manage and monitor your credit usage.
It provides transparency into billing cycles, top-ups, and remaining credits.
Details include:
  • Current Billing Cycle โ€“ Start and end dates for the billing period.
  • Credits Consumed โ€“ Total credits spent during the billing cycle.
  • Credits Remaining โ€“ Balance credits available.
  • Top-up Credits Remaining โ€“ Remaining credits from manual top-ups.
  • Refresh Date โ€“ Date and time when credits refresh.
Example:

Current Billing Cycle: Sep 07, 2025 โ€“ Oct 07, 2025
Credits Consumed: 1501.99
Credits Remaining: 258,304.94
Top-up Credits Remaining: 159,806.93
Refresh Date: Oct 07, 2025, 12:28 PM

You can also Search, Apply Filters, and Export credit reports for audit and tracking purposes.
